Contacting Us
Please contact us via the contact page. I do not have a direct number for the business currently but work with WhatsApp and calls to you if that’s easier.
I will endeavour to communicate with you at times that are convenient for both parties and agree upon works via email and signed agreement.
I will do our best to get aback to any correspondence within 24 hours unless it falls across a weekend of bank holiday where there may be longer response times.

Visits
When visiting your home or place of business I will discuss what you need and treat your space with care. This is your private space or place of work and I will make sure I treat it with the upmost respect it deserves each time I visit or carry out work for you.
Should you not be happy with the way I work please speak to me so that I can readjust to make you comfortable in your space.
I will take images of your space both before and after and use them in promotional material should you agree to this.

Quotes
Quotes are based on the initial assessment and provided to the client with time to make a choice. If you are happy to proceed I will work with you to book in a suitable date for work to be carried out. Some jobs may take a few hours, some a few days depending on what’s been agreed.
Quotes are calculated on a £25 per hour basis, travel is 45p per mile after 5 miles from the office in Derbyshire, parking (should it be needed) and additional products sourced are added within the initial quote so you shouldn’t be stung with anything extra. I will add onto the quote with any changes, extra sourcing of products should clients plans change and agree with client to pay at end of work for those.

Payments
Following quote and work agreement I request a full 50% paid to us by bank transfer (details will be provided on the invoice we will provide to you) prior to sourcing or beginning work.
Once finished I will provide the second invoice and the other 50% is to be paid via bank transfer no later than 7 days after.

On Site Work
While I am on site in any capacity I will work with upmost care for your space. Private homes we will ask you to be there at home if you are not comfortable with us working without you. If the work is for outside seasonal decoration you do not have to be home as long as we can get all the lighting sorted if its needed.
If it’s at a business premises I can work around the store being open or closed and will discuss this with you at assessment.
All purchased items within the remit will be owned by the client and can be stored for future use at your premises. Should you wish I can come and take down any items such as seasonal for an extra fee and store them away for you in your home which I can discuss at assessment or you can contact us later on.

Aftercare
I will do my absolute best to achieve your desired outcome but if you feel I have missed the mark I will return and discuss what I could do further for you within the initial quote given at the start. Should your ideas have changed from the first thought process I will discuss any extra costs this may incur before I class the job as finished and work to achieve anything extra for you under a revised quote.
Should you have any complaints about me or my work please do share them with me so that I can improve my service.
I will take images of your space and use them in promotional material should this be agreed by you, the client.
